From US education to employment (ABSN to RN): Justine’s Story

When Justine found inSpring, she had already studied a bachelor nursing in her home country, the Philippines, and knew she wanted to an RN job United States — she just didn’t quite know how to connect her education in her home country to great, available RN roles in the US.

Through inSpring, she received a clear roadmap of an Accelerated Bachelor of Nursing (ABSN) education to Registered Nurse (RN) employment: 1) conditional offer to an ABSN 2) prerequisites as part of her tailored study plan 3) enrollment in her ABSN with student visa/immigration guidance 4) interview preparation for an RN job through the inSpring hospital network while in her final semester of her degree, guidance at every milestone.

Today, we are delighted to report that Justine has received her job offer through our hospital network! She is now already on Step 5, progressing towards completion of her ABSN degree and passing the NCLEX, so she can start her direct, permanent placement role at one of our hospital partners!

From Rejection to RN Success: Abdul’s Inspiring Journey

“True success is rarely achieved without sacrifice. Becoming a U.S. Registered Nurse had been a lifelong dream and a goal on my bucket list for many years. After successfully passing my NCLEX and obtaining my RN license, I faced significant challenges during my job search due to not having recent bedside nursing experience. This led to multiple rejections and periods of uncertainty in the H-1B route.

Everything changed after I met the generous and dedicated staff member of the inSpring team, Mr. Corey. His guidance, consistent follow-ups, encouragement, and support transformed what initially felt like a long and difficult journey into a remarkable milestone—achieved within just three months.

With my prior experience in the CV-ICU, I was blessed to secure an excellent job offer as an ICU Nurse in Upstate New York. The direct employment pathway provided by inSpring has proven to be the best option, offering long-term career stability and numerous employee benefits essential for professional growth.

inSpring supported me wholeheartedly throughout the entire recruitment process, from initial screening to onboarding. I extend my sincere gratitude to Mr. Corey, RN Olga, Ms. Bethany, and our true rockstar, Ms. Mallory. Their professionalism, commitment, and genuine care made all the difference.

Indeed, great experiences do not always come from big names but from sincere people who truly care. I am deeply grateful to the entire inSpring team for making my American nursing dream a reality.”

With heartfelt appreciation,
Abdul Aziz, MSN, RN
